The location was perfect, as it was not far from a major shopping mall and right in the heart of downtown. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the bell staff and housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even an in-room computer. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and a fitness studio. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. it was a great experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was always kind and helpful, providing great personal service. The hotel facilities were very nice, including a lovely view from our room. The location suited our needs, being close to a major shopping mall. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness was perfect.

Located in the heart of the city's downtown, the hotel is conveniently situated close to a major shopping mall. Guests can enjoy comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a satisfying breakfast. Rooms offer nice views in certain instances and some have excellent thermal insulation.
The fitness room and staff training could be improved to better the guest experience.

Spent xmas at a new hotel close to the beach. The hotel was surrounded by nature and had a wonderful sea view. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They provided great service and they made our stay more memorable. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a range of options and fresh local fruits were always available.
Some small details did not meet our expectations during our stay. Room amenities were not complete and they forgot to replace them every day.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is located close to the beach and offers a swimming pool to relax in. the food was quite decent and reasonably priced. the hotel had a nice bar area.
The negative aspects outweighed the positive. the hotel staff was unhelpful and generally unresponsive to requests.
